We recommend driving or flying into Fort Worth. The closest airport is DFW, but if you're a Southwest fan, DAL is another great option. If you are flying in, a rental car isn't necessary, but may be helpful. There are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts in the area to get you to and from the airport.

Joe T. Garcia's is the best known restaurant in Fort Worth. Joe T.'s is known for its margaritas and outdoor patio. They do not accept reservations and you should expect a line, but it is worth the wait!

Provender Hall is located in the Fort Worth Stockyards and is a great option for Texas comfort food.

Also located in the Stockyards, 97 West is located at the Drover Hotel and a great option for brunch or dinner.
